Mark Supper

Mark Supper

Executive Director

Mark Supper has over 20 years experience in the area of affordable housing and program development for impoverished and low income individuals. Mark served as the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity and Foundation House Transitional Group, a facility whose mission was to transition individuals who were homeless and at risk of being homeless into permanent housing. Mark also served as Western Regional Director for Enterprise Community Partners to develop affordable housing; Vice President for the Autism Society of Los Angeles and Associate Executive Director with First Call For Help. Mark has collaborated with public and private entities, local government and community organizations.

He currently sits on a national round table for the Gay & Lesbian Task Force addressing the needs of LGBT elders. He has presented at the American Society on Aging Conference and numerous consortia throughout the country and internationally. Recently Mark was appointed to the planning committee for the California Statewide Conference on Healthy Aging.

Angela Tate-Leonard

Angela Tate-Leonard

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations for GLEH and the former Director for Habitat for Humanity-Greater Los Angeles, Angela has over 20 years experience in the area of non-profit administration including 10 years in non-profit affordable housing development for impoverished and low income families and individuals.

Angela specializes in the development and implementation organizational operating procedures. Angela is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GLEH including budget oversight, human resources, and facilities.

Rafael Cosio

Rafael Cosio

Director of Development

Rafael Cosio serves as the Director of Development and Public Relations for GLEH. He has worked for over 16 years in the HIV/AIDS, LGBT and Latino healthcare fields with an emphasis in program development, evaluation and fundraising. He was the previous Executive Director of Being Alive in West Hollywood.

Rafael also has worked in HIV testing, prevention and fund-raising for Pacific Pride Foundation in Santa Barbara, as well as the area of business development for a geriatric behavioral health facility in Las Vegas. He is responsible for all fundraising and development activities for GLEH including grant writing, donor relations, and promotional activities.

Sheila Moore

Sheila Moore

Director of Programs & Community Outreach

Sheila Moore is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is Director of Programs and Community Outreach at GLEH. Prior to her position at GLEH, Sheila was the Director of the Center for Geriatric Health at Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles where she employed a multidisciplinary approach to the management of multiple and chronic health issues related to aging.

Sheila received her Masters Degree in Social Work and her Masters Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She has been working with older adults and their families and facilitating support groups for caregivers for over 20 years. Her focus in the field of aging has been on caregiver related issues, the coordination of care for frail seniors with multiple and chronic health needs, and a special focus in services and issues related to those diagnosed with dementia. Sheila is proud to have fostered strong partnerships in the community and has worked throughout her professional career as a community organizer.

She is an active public speaker, educator and clinician. She is an advocate for seniors and works directly with a diverse senior population with special emphasis in the LGBT community. Sheila is proud to have a long standing relationship with the Alzheimer’s Association as a trainer and active committee member.
