Open enrollment for Income Restricted Apartments
Beginning July 26, 2007 open enrollment will commence for Triangle Square™ Apartments, the Nation’s first affordable housing development, which includes a social service center for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Older Adults.
*There will be a minimum income restriction set at 50% of the Area Median Income. The table is listed below.

$34,000-$39,000 – for 3 persons
$38,000-$44,000 – for 4 persons

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- All members of the household must be 62 years of age or older
- Must meet minimum income restriction of 60% AMI (Area Median Income)
