  • Social services for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender older adults will be available onsite at The Robert W. Schutrum Activity Center
  • 4 Floors/103 Unfurnished ADA compliant Independent Living Units
  • On-site Resident Manager & 24 hour gated entry
  • 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units are available
  • All units are equipped with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, sink, stove, living room, and bathroom
  • Laundry Room & Computer Lab on each floor
  • Media Room, Gym, Pool, and Library available at no additional cost

All units come unfurnished.

Applications are available on a first-come-first-serve basis from 9am-5pm at Triangle Square Hollywood.
